Line & Blade Barbershop Policies
 

Appointment Policy:


At Line & Blade, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We ask that all guests arrive 10 minutes early to ensure the best experience. If you’re running late, please call or text your barber. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to fit the remaining time.
 

Cancellations & No-Shows:

We understand life happens. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to prepay future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

 

Payments:

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and digital payments (through our payment processor).
Tips are appreciated and can be added to your card or given in cash directly to your barber.

 

Memberships:

All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Services roll over for up to 30 days. Members may share their benefits with family or friends and can cancel anytime with written notice.
No refunds are issued for unused services, but credit remains active until the next billing cycle.

 

Suite Rentals:

Line & Blade offers private suite rentals (no booth rentals).
All tenants must maintain a professional environment, follow shop safety guidelines, and carry proper licensing. Suites are available for estheticians, tattoo artists, nail techs, and stylists.

For suite inquiries, complete the online Suite Application Form or contact management directly.

 

Refunds:

We take pride in every cut and service. If you’re not satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Refunds are not offered for completed services, but we will gladly provide an adjustment or redo to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Children & Guests

We welcome all ages! However, for everyone’s comfort, please ensure children are supervised at all times.
Due to limited space, only clients receiving services should be in the service area.

 

Health & Safety:

Cleanliness and safety are our top priorities. All tools are sanitized between clients.
If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment — we’ll gladly accommodate you for a later date.


Privacy Policy:

Your personal information — including name, phone number, and email — is kept strictly confidential and used only for booking, reminders, or promotions you opt into.

We do not share or sell your data to any third parties.

 

Right to Refuse Service:

Line & Blade reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or violation of shop policies.
